Working Out Your Belly
Unfortunately there is no way to spot burn your belly fat. Your body decides where it is going to burn fat from. It may decide to burn fat from your face then your legs and then your stomach. This doesn’t mean that there is no point in exercising your abdomen. By working out your abdomen muscles you can flatten your stomach more and strengthen it so it holds its shape better. If you really want firm looking abs you are going to have to burn off as much fat from your body as you can. Lets start off first with workouts that will help strengthen our abdomen and keep its form.
Pulling In The Belly Fat
Sit-ups help but are not the best way to tighten that stomach. Try doing belly pulls. This is where you get on all fours and try pulling your belly button in towards your spin. If you have a really big belly this might be difficult but after awhile you will get the hang of it. Try holding your belly in for 10 seconds at a time. Once you get the hang of it you can do it standing or sitting so that you can work those stomach muscles at work.
Another good abdominal workout is love-handle turns. Grab a broom or stick that you can rest on both shoulders going across your back. Put your arms up over the stick and turn from side to side keeping your legs in place and focus on using those muscles on the sides of your abdomen.
To work your lower abdomen lay on your back with your knees bent, then try and pull your pelvis up towards your chest using your lower abdomen muscles to pull your pelvis upwards. You can also work your lower abdomen by laying on your back and lifting your legs up and holding them there. This is a more difficult workout and can hurt your back so be careful.
To help motivate you and reduce how many calories your body takes in you may want to try diet pills. Diet pills have become better formulated over the years and if taken correctly can be safe. Diet pills can help you feel full, block carbs, and increase metabolism. Make sure to only buy weight loss pills that work though. You don’t want to get just any diet pill that doesn’t have any studies backing it, or doesn’t have any customer reviews. Avoid diet pills with caffeine if you have hypertension.
