Reducing Belly Fat
There have been several different methods over the years to help reduce belly fat. From liposuction to lipodissolve to the now popular HCG injections. When it comes down to it these practices are never permanent and actually do not end up working all that well. Liposuction can help remove fat cells on the outside of the abdomen cavity but it can’t reduce the visceral fat on the inside. This type of fat is what causes the belly to look so large. Lipodissolve and HCG injections have shown little to no results when conducted in actual controlled studies. The fact is that burning belly fat is not going to be easy. Lets take a look at some ways to help us burn some extra fat throughout our busy work week.
Burning More Fat
First off you are going to have to eat healthier of find a way to consume less calories than your body burns. This seems to be the most difficult part for me. There are certain ways to calculate how many calories your body burns at rest each day. Try and conssume slightly less calories than your body burns each day so that even if you miss out on exercising that day your body still needs to burn some fat.
Second Exercise. Try and burn a few extra calories each day by exercising. If you are to busy to set aside 30min of exercise a day then find ways to make your body burn some extra calories by walking up the stairs on way to work instead of using the elevator. You could also try sucking in your stomach while sitting at your desk working or flexing your butt muscles while sitting, even if for just 5 min. It may not seem like much but anything is better than nothing.
Last look into a dietary supplement. This may seem unusual to here from a nutrionist but certain herbal supplements can help out in a number of different ways. It also helps you to be more serious about trying to lose weight because you have spent money on the diet pills. Diet pills can help by enhancing your mood, giving you more energy, and making you feel more full. Try and buy weight loss supplements that are all natural and if you have hypertension don’t buy diet pills that have caffeine in them or other ingredients that will increase your heart rate and blood pressure.
