What Is It?
7-DFBX is a 7 day fat burner “x-treme.” While they score no points for an original name, they do have an effective product which I think most people would agree is much more important than a catchy name. Like so many other products, this one is meant to help the user loose weight. In this case they go the extra mile by putting a 7 day time frame on it. 7-DFBX makes some pretty serious claims about its ability to help the user loose weight so I think it deserves a closer look.
What Does It Do?
7-DFBX claims that in just seven days it can help you loose up to 14 pounds. This seems to depend greatly on your diet and exercise (sorry still no pill that makes doughnuts healthy) but all our studies show that on average people lost 8.75 pounds. I don’t like to admit it but this stuff really does work.
How Does It Work?
7-DFBX is a step up from the original 7-DFB, containing twice the active ingredient as the original. Put simply, this supplement takes the fat burning benefits of the original up to a whole new level. You’ll find many of the tried and true ingredients of most fat burners, including Caffeine Anhydrous, Chromium Polynicotinate, and several highly effective forms of soluble fiber. What you will also find is a ramped up dose of over twenty highly effective fat burning aids, all of which are from natural sources.
The active ingredients in 7-DFBX seem to be highly effective in boosting the body’s natural metabolic rate helping you to burn more calories and have more energy. The highly effective, antioxidant rich, ingredients like Mangosteen fuel natural cell recovery and the soluble fiber helps you feel more full while simultaneously cleansing the body of unwanted toxins and cholesterol. It is important to have a balanced blend of ingredients when you are trying to loose this amount of weight in just 7-Days.
Dangers
I always recommend that people take caution when deciding to add a supplement to their exercise and diet regimen. With all the garage chemist out there peddling who knows what as a fat burner you need to make sure what you are putting in your body will make you healthier, not the other way around. The most common question we get when someone reads about the 7-day claim is “does this contain Ephedra.” That’s a legitimate question considering Ephedra was banned by the FDA and was found to be deadly in some cases. I would never recommend a product containing something that had been shown to kill you and 7-DFBX is no exception. All the ingredients are completely natural and proven effective, with little to no side effects.
Bottom Line
There are a lot of products out there and I don’t like to recommend something I wouldn’t personally use. 7-DFBX is safe and all natural and I have no reservations about including it my routine. I think if you are looking for a high powered way to boost your body’s natural ability to loose weight this product would be the right fit for you.
